The Hi-Stepper strap is one of two straps that was used with the original Hi-Stepper Snare Carrier. Shoulder HArness plus a Belt Assembly.

This is the Shoulder harness ONLY of the two. The shoulder harness is ommonly used by New Orleans "Second Line" or "Brass Band" snare drummers.
